Great service. Everyone is friendly. They answer any questions or concerns I have had and provide good advice as to how to make sure the process goes well and faster.

Our son started treatment at Village Ortho in Niagara Falls with Dr. Doucet and staff last month. We have been very happy with the treatment process so far. Our first encounter with Village Ortho was with Jasmine, the office Lead. Her warm, welcome and caring attitude made our son feel comfortable with the idea of getting his braces. He actually looked forward to it after our first meeting! Dr. Doucet was/is very gentle and kind. She explained what the treatment would be at our consultation. It was very obvious that she is very skilled and highly confident and knowledgeable in her field of expertise. Our son is in good hands. Jessica has always put our son at ease when working on his teeth. Overall, getting braces has been a positive experience, and our son looks forward to his next appointment! Also, the office atmosphere is beautiful and clean.

They are so friendly and professional. I only felt the pain for few days when they start pushing one of my tooth to where it suppose be after stretching enough space for it. I was amazed! They are really good.
